Jammu, Feb 7: Leakage of the Delimitation Commission’s report has created chaos and confusion across the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir because all political parties have reacted strongly against the “recommendations”.
Although senior BJP leaders are supporting the recommendations, workers of the Suchetgarh unit of the party have submitted mass resignations against “biased” reports.

SRINAGAR, Feb 7: Terrorists hurled a grenade at a Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) bunker in J&K’s Ganderbal district on Monday but it exploded without causing any damage, police said.
The SSB bunker in Chapergund area of Ganderbal was targeted.

Jammu, Feb 7: Despite Covid-19 cases witnessing a decline in Jammu and Kashmir, the administration in the Union Territory seems indecisive about reopening the schools.
An observer while talking to Early Times said, “The schools have reopened for the classes from 9th to 12th in seven states, including Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Kerala, Odisha and Bihar. These states are also mulling to reopen schools from Nursery to 8th from the next week.” He said, “The governments in other states and union territories have expedited the vaccination process among children and have realized that children can’t be kept away from schools anymore.”

JAMMU, Feb 7: The Jammu & Kashmir administration has set a revised deadline for the completion of the work on Jambu Zoo and the same is scheduled to be completed by September 30, 2022.
