Infighting among Panthers takes interesting turn as 'expelled' party president meets LG | | |

Jammu, Mar 4: Infighting in the Jammu and Kashmir Panthers Party took an interesting turn as expelled working president P K Ganju-led delegation of the party met Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Saturday.
Interestingly, P K Ganju was expelled from the primary membership of the party on Friday by Ankit Love- chief patron of the Panther Party.
Ankit Love is the son of the founder of the Panthers Party Prof Bhim Singh.
“A delegation of J&K National Panthers Party called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, at the Raj Bhavan here today.
The delegation led by it working president P K Ganju appreciated the efforts of UT administration in ensuring a peaceful environment and unprecedented development in the UT.
The delegation also discussed ongoing development projects and initiatives for the welfare of the people and submitted a memorandum of important public issues”, a handout issued by the party reads.

Jammu, Mar 4: Continuing offensive against terrorists operating from Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK) the National Investigation Agency (NIA) attached properties of three self-styled commanders of different terror groups during the last three days in Kashmir Valley.
While two self-styled commanders are still trying to revive terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir, one of them was killed in Pakistan due to intergang rivalry among terror groups.

Jammu, Mar 4: Even as team from the Union Home Ministry recently concluded its visit to Jammu and Kashmir, Union Home Minister, Amit Shah held a closed-door meeting with a Bharatiya Janta Party leader from J&K. Sources said the BJP leader from JK apprised Shah about the situation in Jammu and Kashmir during the meeting that lasted for around an hour.

According to a order issued to this effect by the General Administration Department, Atul Gupta, JKAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kathua, is transferred and posted as Joint Director, Information, Jammu.
Mohammad Aslam, JKAS, Joint Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Kashmir, is transferred and posted as Joint Director, Information, Kashmir, against an available vacancy.
