Jammu, Apr 1: In yet another shocker about the alleged mis-governance during the Peoples Democratic Party-Bharatiya Janta Party rule in Jammu and Kashmir, government vehicles were allegedly used to ferry arms and ammunition for the terrorists.
A recent charegesheet by the National Investigation Agency or NIA has exposed the unholy alliance between separatists, politicians and terrorists in Kashmir.
The NIA chargesheet has accused a PDP leader of using his government vehicle to ferry arms and ammunition for the terrorists linked to the Hizbul Mujahideen.
Sources said one PDP leader, who is presently under detention allegedly misused his official position and government machinery in transporting arms and ammunition from one place to another.
As per the NIA charge sheet, the PDP leader who was also a government functionary that time, was involved in transporting arms and ammunition meant for terrorists in his official vehicle that used to be escorted by policemen guarding the said leader.

JAMMU, Apr 1: In a significant judgment High Court held that the impugned circular issued by Chief Education Officer Kishtwar is beyond the scope and ambit of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education of 2009 particularly Section 28 thereof and therefore, cannot be applied to Govt.
