Renzu Shah accused of minting ‘Badshah’ assets! | Former Director Info booked | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 2: Even as the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has booked former Director Department of Information and Chairman Jamaat-e-Aitqaad International, Farooq Renzu for having amassed property allegedly disproportionate to his known sources of income, the development “may open Pandora’s box of troubles for the former bureaucrat.”
As per the sources, the ACB has registered a case vide FIR No 03/2021 dated 23-03-2021 in a disproportionate assets case against Renzu.
The Early Times was the only newspaper to have first reported about the raids at the assets owned by the accused.
Ironically no press statement was issued by the ACB, while “some lobbying to keep it a secret is not being ruled out.”
