Sources said “some forces including netas having access in the corridors of power” had been lobbying for their favorites but that Raj Bhawan went ahead with the transfers strictly on the basis of merit, much in line with the dream of Naya Kashmir as envisioned by Prime Minister, Narendra Modi.
Sources said the Raj Bhawan has been keeping track on the performance of the officials in civil and police admini... | |
