Early Times Report
Srinagar, May 13: The political parties may be a breeding ground for retired bureaucrats in Jammu and Kashmir, but these bureaucrats have failed to strike a chord with the people during elections.
Several officials after retirement joined the politics, but apparently not a single one has won the elections, placing a question mark on their overall stature among people.

He recently joined the National Conference.
IGP Crime, Raja Aiaz, after his retirement joined the PDP. He contested 2014 assembly elections from Uri constituency but lost to National Conference leader Mohammad Shafi Uri. Raja recently joined Sajad Lone-led Peoples Conf... | |
