Jammu, May 3: The central agencies have taken very serious note of the failure of the sound system in the much published Palli rally which was addressed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on April 24.
Although some Babus in the J&K administration are trying to hide the biggest blunder in the highly fortified rally, central agencies are not taking this matter casually.
Highly placed sources said that some loopholes were spotted by the central agencies during the rally which was held at Palli Panchayat of Samba district on April 24.

Jammu, May 3: President of All India Voice of Poor People and trade union leader Sewa Singh Bali led a protest here on Tuesday against the failure of the administration to release the salaries of Special Police Officers of Jammu and Kashmir Police.
Talking to reporters Bali said, “It’s unfortunate that salaries of SPOs haven’t been released even on Eid. This shows that J&K government is least bothered about the difficulties being faced by the SPOs and their families.”

Srinagar, May 3: The Special Investigation Agency (SIA), a unit carved out of Jammu and Kashmir Police, has filed a chargesheet against three persons, including an Indian student enrolled in a Pakistani university and his father, for indulging in terror activities and passing across the border information about army units.
Officials said this was another example of Pakistan misusing higher studies as bait for recruitment in terror groups.
Already 17 youths who had gone to Pakistan for studies, have been killed at the Line of Control while infiltrating into Kashmir, or during security forces’ encounters with terror outfits, they said.
