Jammu, May 31: Already awarded by the party state and central leadership for opposing abrogation of Article 370, BJP's face from Kashmir Valley Hina Bhat has been selected among 50 top female politicians of the country. It is the same Hina Bhat, who had threatened in the month of November 2014 before assembly elections in the State, to pick up gun if Sangh Parivar dared to even touch Article 370.
Bhat, who is also the vice-president of the BJP's women wing in the state, had stated that if the Article was touched, it would force Kashmiris to pick up guns again. "And you know I am a Kashmiri too," she had warned.

srinagar, May 31: There is no attempt by the J&K government to find whether the property details submitted by bureaucrats are authentic.
As per sub-section (2) of section 9 of the Jammu and Kashmir Public Men and Public Servants Declaration of Assets and other Provisions Act, 1983, every public servant shall submit to the prescribed authority annual returns of the assets held by him/her and his/her family members in the month of January every year.
They are also required to indicate the reasons for increase, if any, in the assets and source as per Act. The Act and rules provide for imposing a penalty for non-submission of the property returns.
