Power Deptt not conducting business as usual | | | Masood Malik
Early Times Report
Jammu, May 31: Ways of J&K UT administration are “quite ridiculous and uncalled” for to be termed as business as usual vis-à-vis governance. One of the striking examples, among many, has blown up recently which has put many engineers in quandary over their reshuffling and postings.
The Power Department has once again hogged the headlines as it has allegedly queued up its blue eyed for benefits and sending many others to guillotine.
In a recent transfer policy under the Government order 117-JK (PDD) OF 2021 dated 28-05-2021, engineers are transferred, posted and placed in a reshuffle which has hit those below the belt who had been serving at the present place of posting for less than a year even . These officials have been transferred which flouts the government guidelines itself wherein the transfer policy transparently indicates that a particular period of posting of an official of any department is at least four years.
“ Then why few of us have been made scapegoat and transferred to different places of postings as we haven’t yet complete... | |
