Jammu, June 12: An audio that has gone viral on social media reflects the alertness and bravery of a villager of Saida Sukhal of Hiranagar who not only saved his kids from the wrath of terrorists but also timely informed the forces about the exact location of the two terrorists who stormed into his house.
“I have locked myself along with my kids inside a room. Two terrorists were earlier sitting on the premises of my house on a cot. Now they appeared to the roaming the village”, the brave villager told others on the phone.
Without fearing terrorists, who were roaming near his house, the villager shared his number and asked the police to contact him to get the exact location of the terrorists.
It was all due to the alertness of such villagers that a big tragedy was averted and the attempt of the terrorists to take some people hostage was foiled.
The incident unfolded when an alert villager noticed two terrorists on the premises of his house.

JAMMU, June 12: The DIG Jammu and Kashmir Police and Senior Superintendent of Police Kathua had a narrow escape after a terrorist fired a barrage of bullets on their vehicles amid the ongoing anti-terrorist operation in Hiranagar, an official said.

Police officials said on Wednesday that a gunfight broke out between terrorists and security forces late on Tuesday night in the Chattargala area, or Doda district.
