Jammu, June 17: To identify some locals involved in providing logistics and other supporters of the terror groups active in the Rajouri and Reasi districts, the bus attack case of Pouni is transferred to the National Investigation Agency (NIA).
A day after Home Minister Amit Shah chaired a high-level meeting to review the security situation in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, the Ministry of Home Affairs transferred the investigation of the Reasi bus terror attack to the NIA.

The gunfight broke out after security forces launched a cordon and search operation in the Aragam area of the district on Sunday night following information about the presence of terrorists there, they said.

Jammu, June 17: More than 200 boxes of honey bees were destroyed in a fire in the outskirts of Jammu city, officials said on Monday. A fire erupted suddenly in the boxes kept in a bee colony in R S Pura area late Sunday night, they said.
Fire tenders rushed to the spot and prevented the blaze from spreading to other parts of the bee colony, they said.
With the boxes, thousands of bees perished in the fire, locals said.
