Jammu, June 26: The inquiry committee constituted to look into cancelation of tenders and allotment of 50 bedded Integrated Ayush Hospital at Kishtwar has recommended “no sensitive posting” in future for the then Deputy General Manager, JK Housing Board.
According to the government order no. 207-PW(R&B) of 2021 Dated: 23/06/2021, Er. Rajesh Kumar, the then Deputy General Manager (DGM), JK Housing Board Unit-1 Jammu, by way of censuring him, might not be given any sensitive posting in future.
“The Managing Director, Jammu and Kashmir Housing Board, on 28th December 2020 intimated to Public Works (R&B) Department, that construction work of 50 Bedded Integrated Ayush Hospital at Kishtwar was allotted to J&K Housing Board by the department of Health & Medical education vide No.HD/Plan/51/2018 dated 19.06.2018. Administrative approval for the Project stands accorded competent authority vide Government Order No.703-JK(HME) of 2020 dated 16.09.2020”, the sources said.

Jammu, June 26: Regional Transport Officers (RTOs) across Jammu and Kashmir are reportedly refusing to re-register the BS-III engine vehicles with outside registration.
Owners of vehicles with BS-III engines informed Early Times that though the Transport Department has made it compulsory for the vehicle owners to re-register their vehicles, with outside J&K registration numbers, “the RTOs are not re-registering the same,” they said.
