While the jailed leader Abdul Rashid alias Engineer Rashid emerged as a giant killer by defeating former chief minister and National Conference candidate Omar Abdullah by a huge margin of 204142, veteran Gujjar leader Mian Altaf defeated Peoples’ Democratic Party chief Mehooba Mufti by a huge margin of 2,81,794 votes which is highest victory margin in Jammu and Kashmir. On two Lok Sabha seats of Jammu province, Jugal Kishore Sharma of BJP scripted a new chapter by making a hat-trick on the Jammu-Reasi Lok Sabha seat. NEW DELHI, June 4: The results for the medical entrance exam NEET-UG have been announced, the National Testing Agency (NTA) said on Tuesday. “The results are live, candidates can check through website. The details of top scorers and qualifying candidates will be available shortly,” a senior NTA official said. This year, a record 23 lakh candidates registered for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test-Undergraduate (NEET-UG), of whom over 10 lakh were male students, over 13 lakh were female and 24 under the third gender category.
