srinagar, July 12: The first class cricketers of Kashmir who have played at national level have come out in public to expose rot in the Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association saying that the JKCA Chief Executive Officer Ashiq Bukhari was ruining the game of cricket to presumably mint personal fortunes and thus was behaving like a "dictator."
Addressing a press conference here at Kashmir Press Club, the national level cricketers who have played Ranji Trophy in the past said that Bukhari, who is former Deputy Inspector General of Police, and is seen a "close aide" of the Peoples Democratic Party, was ruining the game of cricket.

Srinagar, July 12: All it seems that Governor-led administration wants to make bureaucrats accountable, as it has issued several directives during the past few weeks.
One such directive is that government has directed administrative secretaries and divisional commissioners to ensure that heads of departments are not called for meetings and discussions frequently.
