Early Times Report
Jammu, July 1: “Tough” stand taken by National Conference president Dr. Farooq Abdullah against the proposal of the BJP-led NDA government to implement the Uniform Civil Code (UCC) is an indication that he became over-offensive to opposing policies of the Centre.
For the first time, Dr. Farooq Abdullah has given a threatening statement against the Centre. The former Chief Minister is usually known for avoiding confrontation with Delhi but it is for the first time that he has threatened the Union Government.
