Jammu, July 28: At a time when claims for the prompt issuance of domicile certificates are being made by the government, the official website meant for applying for the document is ironically down and out. The website namely https://jk.gov.in along with its section https://jk.gov.in/jkeservices/ is down from the server and becomes inaccessible for the applicants. The main web page reads : “Service Unavailable The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.”

Jammu, July 28: First-time since its formation in the year 1999, all senior leaders of the party including founder members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) boycotted foundation day function of the party due to ‘communal and separatist’ agenda being followed by the leadership. SRINAGAR, July 28: A medico was among the 12 people who died due to Corona Virus in the union territory of Jammu & Kashmir in the past 24 hours. The union territory reported 489 fresh cases of virus today with the number of positive cases reaching 18,879.
Reports said that Dr. Shabir Ahmad Malik posted at Gurez in Bandipora district died due to COVID-19 today. Srinagar reported four new COVID-19 deaths while as three such deaths took place in Kupwara district. A death each was reported from Baramulla, Kulgam, Budgam, Bandipora and Ramban districts.

Anantnag, July 27: The Maternity and Child Care Hospital in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district was vandalized by the relatives of a 30-year-old woman who died after undergoing surgery there allegedly due to medical negligence.
Angry relatives of the deceased lady broke the window panes of the hospital and vandalized the property inside the Government hospital.
