srinagar, July 30: There seems to be complete mess at the Agriculture Production Department (APD) in Civil Secretariat as allegations of large scale corruption have surfaced at the department.
Sources told Early Times that a computer operator posted in the APD has been entrusted with the responsibility of taking the money from the officials who want to get their 'illegitimate' works done after paying money. KAS aspirants have shown resentment against the decision of JKPSC to re-conduct the mains exam of Zoology Paper 1.
