Jammu awaits vikas as dev projects miss deadlines | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, July 3: In a setback for Jammu province, various developmental projects have been missing deadlines after deadlines as government is unable to ensure their timely execution in the winter capital province for years.
While Jammu has been the victim of alleged apathy in the last seventy years of dynastic rule, the Raj Bhawan has seemingly not been able to do much to gear up developmental activities in the winter capital region.
The Early Times has accessed official documents, which show that developmental projects undertaken in various districts of Jammu are missing deadlines for years.
Official documents reveal that in the frontier district of Rajauri alone around 50 developmental projects are missing deadlines for years.
Sources said the government recently reviewed the progress “on the developmental projects being executed under languishing scheme by different departments.
