Jammu, July 7: It was nearly a year ago when the rebel PDP leader and former minister, Imran Ansari, actually expressed disgruntlement against his party leadership in the open, but those at the helm in the party chose to ignore his pleas.
After the cabinet revamp on February 18, 2017, the two ministers Syed Basharat Bukhari and Ansari resigned from their respective portfolios. After much deliberation, the duo was asked to rejoin. Later on, both the ministers joined offices and retained their respective portfolios. Anantnag, July 7: Director of the helicopter company operating on Pahalgam-Panjtarni route, on Saturday admitted that Amarnath Yatra air tickets were being sold in black market to pilgrims at exorbitant rates.
Wangchuk Shamshu, Director Himalayan Heli Service Private Ltd, said, "Yes, tickets are being black-marketed, but it is the responsibility of police and other concerned agencies to stop it."
"Different quota has been allotted to different people. Therefore I don't know how they sell these tickets later," he said.

Jammu, July 7: The authorities of J&K Board of School Education (BOSE) have reportedly hushed up a multi-million rupees scandal involving printing of 8-10 blank pages with several thousands books.
Instead of initiating an enquiry and fixing the responsibility, the BOSE officials, who were involved in the scandal, clandestinely hushed up the entire matter by arbitrarily penalizing the printers with meagre Rs 5000.
Sources in the BOSE informed Early Times that several thousand textbooks for from Class-1 to 10 were printed through several printers. "For the last few years, the books supplied by printers are being found with nearly 8-10 blank pages.

Jammu, July 7: The Block Medical Officers (BMOs) of Phallanwalla and Nud have blocked salaries of employees working under National Health Mission, despite government releasing pending salary of all NHM employees before Eid.
Wishing anonymity, a group of NRHM employees informed Early Times that the BMO Nud has blocked their three months salary, while BMO Phallanwalla has not released two month salary of all NRHM employees working under their jurisdiction.
