Jammu, Aug 14: The R&B department is leaving no stone unturned to make no use of the central grant meant for vital road projects in the state. However, so far the state authorities have cared little to address such a worrisome crises within the department.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on November 7, 2015 announced a whopping economic package of Rs 80 thousand crore for various developmental projects in the state. However, the work on most of the projects is either going on at a snail's pace or is in limbo due to the reasons best known to the R&B department.

According to insiders in the ERA, the engineer has been staying there for last 10 years on the same position. Srinagar, Aug 14: Despite being Kashmir's prime tertiary-care hospital, the Sher-e-Kashmir Institute of Medical Science (SKIMS) Soura lacks basic life saving drugs, putting the lives of patients at risk.
