Rajouri suicide attack: LeT terrorist’s interrogation reveals shocking details | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 18: A week after a dreaded suicide attack in the Darhal area of Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir, investigating agencies started questioning the BJP leader-turned-Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) terrorist Talib Hussain Shah, who is a native of this area.
Arrested along with another terrorist of LeT on July 3, Talib Hussain Shah is presently under the custody of the Jammu and Kashmir Police.
Highly placed sources said that during the initial interrogation after this arrest Talib Hussain revealed that some terrorists have managed to sneak into Rajouri district from South Kashmir to revive terror activities in twin-border districts of Poonch and Rajouri.
“It is believed that terrorists, who were involved in pre-dawn in an Army camp in Pargal village of Darhal area, were the same about whom Talib Hussain had revealed during initial questioning”, a source said.
As per reports, a day before the suicidal attack, two terrorists in combat dresses were spotted behind Darhal Bus Stand but escaped before the arrival of police on spot.

Baramulla, Aug 18: Once known as the hotbed of stone-pelting, the Baramulla district in north Kashmir has hoisted over 1.7 lakh tricolors in the recent past showing the love towards the nation.
Official sources said as a part of the Aazadi Ka Amrut Mohatsava, the north Kashmir district “created history” by hoisting the big number of tricolors at a number of events held in the last few weeks.
The officials said it was for the first time in the last over seven decades that such a big number of tricolors were hoisted in the north Kashmir district.

Kishtwar, July 18: Nine government teachers were suspended for failing to hoist the National Flag in their schools here on the occasion of 76th Independence Day.
According to the details available with Early Times Zonal Education Officer Inderwal placed nine teachers under suspension with immediate effect and also constituted a three member committee to inquire into the matter and submit the report within 15 days.

Jammu, Aug 18: A joint team of Army, Border Security Force, police and special operation group on Thursday launched a mega search operation along the international border after a Pakistani drone was spotted in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir.
Police sources said the Pakistani drone movement last night in the Sultanpur area of Hiranagar village prompted the action.
"Suspecting drone dropping, the security forces during wee hours launched a search operation in the villages all along the international border," the police said.
A police team on Wednesday also recovered arms and ammunition air-dropped from a drone buried near Village Toph in Arnia sector.

Jammu, Aug 18: Over 24 hours have passed after the recovery of six bodies but the Special Investigation Team (SIT) constituted by Police is yet to get any authentic lead.
Sources said that the team has been working on different angles including extra-marital relations and property dispute but nothing concrete has been emerged so far.
Mystery shrouds after the recovery of six bodies of two families in two adjoining houses on early Wednesday morning in the Sidhara area of Tawi Vihar on the outskirts of Jammu city.
The deceased included a woman and her two daughters and a son. Five of the deceased are from Marmat Doda and one from the Barzulla area of Srinagar.
