Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 19: Although the newly appointed president of the Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) Tariq Hameed Karra sought to downplay his absence, former JKPCC chief Vikar Rasool Wani skipped the function organized to felicitate newly appointed JKPCC chief. “Vikar Rasool Wani is busy in his constituency in Banihal because some programmes were already finalized so he could not attend today’s programme”, Karra said when asked about the absence of Vikar in today’s function at Srinagar.
