NEW DELHI, Aug 25: Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Thursday directed security forces to continue their coordinated efforts through meticulous and well-planned counter-terror operations to wipe out terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir.
At a review meeting on security situation in Jammu and Kashmir, Shah said the terrorist eco-system comprising elements that aid, abet and sustain the terrorists and separatists campaign to the detriment of the well-being of common man requires to be dismantled.
”Union Home Minister asked security forces and the police to continue with the coordinated efforts through meticulous and well-planned counter-terrorism operations to wipe out terrorism. He also said people of Jammu and Kashmir would decisively defeat the proxy war with the help of security forces,” an official statement said. Jammu, Aug 25: To dodge the forces deployed in highly sensitive areas to check the movement of anti-national elements, terrorists and their associates are using fake identity cards of the police and health department.
Two associates of the Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorists arrested on Thursday were carrying fake identity cards of the police and health department.

Jammu, Aug 25: Jammu and Kashmir’s State Investigation Agency on Thursday arrested an accused from the Delhi airport following his deportation from the UAE in a case of hawala money recovery in which former minister Jatinder Singh alias Babu Singh is an accused.
