Jammu, Aug 2: Annoyed with criminal silence maintained by state BJP leaders on Article 35-A, RSS has reportedly asked its wings to oppose this Article on all platforms to get political benefits across the country. RSS's decision to oppose Article 35-A has added woes to the BJP leaders, hoping to forming again in the state of J&K.
These leaders are desperately trying to keep this issue in back-burner to avoid confrontation with Kashmir based leaders who are holding back-channel interaction with BJP leadership for stitching alliance.
There is feeling among power hungry BJP leaders that Article 35-A has potential to spoil the chances of forming government so they have been trying their best that this issue should not be raised at any platform.
Interestingly PDP and NC leaderships are unanimous in opposing any fiddling with Article 35-A but BJP, which was earlier in the forefront of opposing this Article is now trying to keep it cold-storage to enjoy power.
