Srinagar, Sept 26: Having been seemingly unable to work hard like their counterparts in Jammu, a group of industrialists in Kashmir are playing the “discrimination card” to seek “special package” from the central government.

Srinagar, Sept 26: Pakistani troops on Sunday violated ceasefire by resorting to indiscriminate shelling and firing near the Line of Control (LoC) in Teetwal sector in north Kashmir district of Kupwara.
