Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 27: As the battleground of the ongoing electoral battle has shifted in the Hindu-majority Jammu region Congress changed its strategy, and leaders of the party started raking up pro-Jammu and pro-Dogra issues. Change of pro-Jammu and pro-Dogra stance of the Congress party was witnessed today during a rally at Khour which was scheduled to be addressed by the Leader of the Opposition Rahul Gandhi. Although Rahul Gandhi could not reach the spot due to bad weather, Congress leaders in the rally tried their best to rake up the pro-Jammu issue. It was the first time during the election rallies of the Congress party that leaders from the stage vociferously shouted the “Jai Shri Ram” and “Bharat Mata Ki Jai” slogans. Not only these slogans were shouted from the stage but the same were also responded to with full sound by the audience and enthusiasm. During the rally at Khour, one of the speakers named as Dilawar shouted the slogan of “Jai Shri Ram” while concluding his speech. New Delhi, Sept 27: Agencies As the festive season approaches, Indian Railways has decided to run nearly 6,000 special trains to help more than one crore passengers get home for Durga Puja, Diwali and Chhath festivals. Besides, additional general coaches have been added to 108 trains and 12,500 coaches have been sanctioned to take care of the extra rush witnessed during festivals, Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw told a select group of journalists here.
