Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 6: An investigation into the names of the petitioners who had challenged some decisions of Jammu University while at the same time being respondents to defend the varsity has exposed a unique modus operandi of some people.

This modus operandi came to fore when new Vice Chancellor took over the reins of Jammu University and he instructed the Legal Cell to file replies against all the stays secured by the petitioners.
One such petitioner was Neeraj Sharma who has been holding four top positions in Jammu University, including Special Secretary to VC, Administrator General Zorawar Singh Auditorium, Head of Teaching Academics wing and Media Cell Incharge. Presently Sharma is not holding t... | |
