Jammu, Sept 7: Bureaucrats in Jammu and Kashmir seem to be hell bent upon making the mockery of the system by putting impediments in the plans envisaged by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to build “Naya J&K.”
Officials messing up centrally funded scheme Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) is a glaring example of the failures of the UT administration.
