Dir Information reviews live telecasting of R-Day programmes 1/16/2015 10:42:51 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Jan 16 : Director Information, Mukhatar-ul-Aziz has asked the local media channels to maintain close coordination and ensure that full coverage of the main function of Republic Day Celebrations at MA Stadium is telecasted live and also other programmes to be organized by various departments need to be given sufficient coverage. The Director was reviewing the arrangements being made for telecasting the Republic Day Celebrations here at a meeting today. Besides senior officers of Information Department, Vice President Take-1 Channel, Faheem Tak, the Representatives of Gulstan TV, Vinod Sharma, JK Channel, Syed Tajamul were present on the occasion. Apart from the main function on January 26, 2015 at MA Stadium, a variety of programmes are being organized by various departments at different locations from January 23. A Mehfil-e-Qawali will be organized by All India Radio Jammu on January 23 at Police Auditorium Gulshan Ground While the Youth Services and Sports will organize a cultural programme at Govt Women's College Gandhi Nagar on January 27.
