Absconder held after 1 year 2/11/2015 12:28:26 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 10: Police claimed to have arrested an absconder involved in NDPS Act case evading his arrest for the last one year when police party conducted a raid in locality under jurisdiction of Bus Stand Police Station. Police have identified the accused namely as Kuldeep Kumar S/o Om Parkash R/o Upper Muthi Tehsil Jammu. "On specific information about the movement of absconder, a police party from Bus Stand Police arrested the accused from B C Road Bus Stand, Jammu on 07/02/2015," police sources said. Police said the accused was in Case FIR No.34/2011 U/S 8/21/22 NDPS Act and he was declared absconder since 08/01/2014 and was evading arrest for last one year.
