| KISHTWAR, Feb 10: Several deputation of various education zones and education unions called on newly posted Chief Education Officer KishtwarVinod Kumar Soni at his office chamber and apprised him about the various problems faced by the teaching community and particularly by the SSA's and ReT's. A deputation of J&K United School Teachers Association (USTA) led by Siraj-ud-Din Ahanger in his meeting with the CEO Kishtwar demanded early clearance of pending salaries of teachers and RET's working under SSA and also the pending salary of 3rd teachers working under District plan, clearance of pending Mid Day Meal ingredient charges of the years 2011-12 and 2014-15 and carriage charges of the same which are pending since 2009 were also discussed in the meeting. The CEO gave patience hearing to the deputation and assured them that all their genuine demands which are upto him will be fulfilled with in a week's time. A nine point memorandum was also put forth before the CEO Kishtwar by the USTA members. The other who are part of the deputation include Kuljeet Singh, Khursheed Ahmed, Farooq Ahmed Dar, Sri Chand, Kailash Kumar, TanveerBhawani, Hans Raj, Baber Hussain, Anayitullah, Mohammad Ashraf, Ravinder Sharma etc. |
