| Police clueless over two 'Gold duping' incidents | | | Early Times Report
Jammu Sept 25: Police yet have failed to trace a single of fraudsters who struck at Digiana and Domana locality this week and duped locals of gold ornaments on pretext of polishing them alike newly bought ones. Pertinently, tricksters struck in Digiana on September 23 and tricked a woman and her daughter while successfully managed to dupe them of gold ornaments worth over Rs 2 lakh on pretext of polishing them alike newly bought ones. Though the matter has been reported to police but police yet has failed to arrest anyone in this case.
Yet in another similar case, fraudsters again struck in Domana and escaped with gold ornaments again in pretext of gold polishing. Though the concerned police have registered cases at Digiana police post and Domana police station but still is clueless and have failed to arrest any of the accused in any of the case. |
