| Devasthan Sudhar Sabha holds meet | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb 12: An executive members meeting of Devasthan Sudhar Sabha was held today at Jagtee in which various issues are discussed at length. All members of chawalgam biradari observed two minutes silence in rememberance of recent deaths. Preparations regarding the organizing the annual hawan performed on the eve of ganesh Chutherthi. All members of the committee laid stress on the speedy collection of donations and improving the management of whole function. All issues regarding the safety and security of devotes were discussed in detail. An action plan was devised to take stock of all issues and problems to perform the hawan more effectively and efficiently. All members vouched for honouring the elders for their outstanding contribution in various fields. It was also impressed upon that new dimension should be given to the activities by initiating in some socio-economic activities for empowering the human resource of the Biradari. Devasthan Sudhar Sabha decided not limit its activities up to only religious matters but also make its involvement in improving quality of living by providing various vocational courses to generate the better job opportunities. |
