Jammu, Feb 12: Under the able leadership of General Manager, Salal Power Station, Ministry of Home, Department of Official Language, Govt. of India adjudged Salal Power Station for second prize towards outstanding performance for implementation of Official Language Policy during the Year 2016-17 in Northern Region I.
The prize was given away by Ram Naik, Governor of Uttar Pradesh during 'Regional Rajbhasha Conference and Prize Distribution Function' organised at Diesel Rail Engine Factory at Varanasi on 09.02.2018. The prize was received by Dr. P.L.Sharma on behalf of Salal Power Station.
On the occasion, a commendation Letter was also awarded to Kuldeep Sharma, Rajbhasha Officer, Salal Power Station. Northern Region constitutes 09 States, i.e., Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Rajsthan, Uttar Pradesh and Uttrakhand. |
