| PCC seeks legal action against Lone | | |

Jammu, Feb 12: Seeking strict legal action against NC MLA Mohd Akbar Lone for highly objectionable and condemnable pro-Pak slogans and later justifying the same in the media, PCC Legal Deptt. has accused BJP of using misleading and diversionary tactics only over the issue to escape responsibility for non-action. In a statement PCC Legal Dept. Chairman K.K. Pangotra-Advocate and Ch. Shah Mohd-Advocate General Secretary PCC took strong exception to the raising of pro-Pak slogans by Lone and failure to take cognizance of his highly condemnable utterances by the PDP-BJP Govt.
Unfortunately the BJP leaders are addressing to the gallery on the issue only as part of their misleading and diversionary tactics but cannot escape responsibility being in chair and equal partner in the Govt.
They are trying to hide their failures but can no longer mislead or befool the people being fully exposed for their total surrender. They expressed serious concern over the unabated Fidayeen attacks and Pak shelling leading to heavy causality of Jawans and civilians. |
