MENDHAR, Feb 20: To woo the voters, the former government had had promised to construct a Yatri Bhawan near Parcheen Hanuman Mandir Mendhar but after several years, the foundation stone laid by the then local MLA and Dr Farooq Abdullah reminds the people of the false promises of the politicians.
President Hindu Santhan Saba Mendhar, Satish Sharma said the politicians betray even the gods for their petty political gains. Prachin Hanuman Mandir Committee Members including Subash Sharma, Devinder Kumar Tandon Parveen Kumar Sawhney Sanjay Kumar Balram Sharma expressed anguish over what they called betrayal. "We feel a lots of problem to accommodate pilgrims during the Budha Amarnath yatra, if this Yatri Bhawan would had been constructed there would have been no problem to accommodate Yatris during the Yatra", they added. |
