As BJP refuses to support UIET students, ABVP approaches other parties | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Feb 20: Following failure of the BJP leadership and other organisations of the Sangh Parivar to protect interests of the youth of Jammu, ABVP student wing of BJP has decided to approach other political parties and social groups. For the last few days activists of ABVP are agitating in support of students of UIET Janglote Kathua but they have failed to get support from their own sister organisations due to vested interests of some BJP and Sangh Parivar leaders. Although ABVP leaders claimed that they are approaching other parties to mobilize support for the agitating students, credible sources however said that they have received cold shoulder response. Credible sources said students want that they should remain associated with Jammu University and do not want to shift to any other institute. Demands of agitating students are genuine that's the reason that ABVP has jumped into the controversy for the justice of students. Credible sources said due to pressure from some BJP leaders, organisations of Sangh Parivar have not shown much enthusiasm in the agitating. |
