Early Times Report

Udhampur, Apr 4: Negating all idioms and inferences of academic experts, a student of class VIII studying in remote Government Middle School in Udhampur district has topped the Board examination, result of which was declared recently.
Arun Sharma, son of Ganesh Raj Sharma hailing from Village Ghordi in Udhampur District and presently studying in Government Middle school Ghordi has made his family and the village proud by edging past many of his compatriots who has access to better facilities and resources.
Astonishingly, young Arun attributed his success to Prime Minister's advice in his Radio program 'Man ki Baat' wherein he advised the students to celebrate examination like festival which would help them to reduce examination stress. He appealed to the people to send their children to government schools which had highly qualified and hard working teachers. "If government employees started sending their wards to government schools, the standard of these schools would automatically improve" said Young Arun.
Meanwhile, Arun's family and entire village are proud of his accomplishment and are celebrating his success.
