Jammu, Apr 20: Inter School district level tournament for Girls in the sports discipline of Badminton, Table Tennis, Chess, & weightlifting for the year 2018-19 of District Jammu concluded.
In all 1200 Girls are drawn across from 14 Zones of Jammu District took part in the competitions. The competitions were organised by Department of Youth Services & Sports under the patronage of Shiekh Fayaz Ahmad , KAS, Director General, Youth Services & Sports and under the overall supervision of Madan Lal, Joint Director Youth Services & Sports Jammu. While Chanchal Kour, DYSSO Jammu is the organising Secretary of the tournament. While addressing the participants Chanchal Kour DYSSO Jammu congratulated the winners and advised them to remain in touch with the game till the next level of competitions shall start.
Matches were officiated by Sanjay Khajuria, Vikram Jamwal, Vishal Bharti, Tarun pal Singh, Amit Kalsi, Kamal Singh, Sunil Kumar, Neelu Jawalia, Sandeep Khadotra, Gourav Sharma, Gurbachan Singh, Anil Dogra & Ravinder Singh, Raman Sharma and Nitin Sethi. |
