Jammu, May 17 : Nowabad police today executed the warrants issued used Public Safety Act (PSA) by District Magistrate Jammu and lodged in Central jail Kot Bhalwal.
Police spokesman said that today warrant under PSA issued by DM Jammu on 15-05-2018 against Baber Khan of Bhagwati Nagar, Jammu has been executed by Inspector Neeraj Bhagat, SHO Nowabad under the supervision of for prevention of his further involvement in criminal activities and lodged him in Central Jail Kot Bhalwal, Jammu.
Police spokesman further said that Baber has remained involved in 06 cases of heinous nature viz. attempt to murder, extortion, snatching, stabbing, burglary and possessing/using of dangerous weapon at various Police Stations of District Jammu. |
