National Seminar concludes at Ramisht College

Basohli, June 13: A two day national Seminar was concluded today at Ramisht Colege of Education, Basohli.
The seminar has been sponsored by Directorate Internal Quality Assurance, University of Jammu. The objective of the seminar was to aware importance of Quality Education to the people of the Country.
It is notable that the seminar has been continues since 12th June, 2018 .the theme of the seminar was Management of quality education. Subthemes to be discussed were Quality Assurance, Demand of the Day, Different Dimensions of Quality Education, Indicators of Quality Education, Management of Quality Education, Class Room Management, Role of Technological Intervention in Quality Education, Role of Library in Quality Education, E-Learning and Quality Education, Role of ICT in Quality Education.
Role of SWAYAM, SWAYAM Prabha and E-Pathshala in Quality Education. On first day of seminar 6 subthemes were discussed in which about 43 participants from different states of the country discussed the various issues associated with quality education. The chief guest of Inauguration function was the Director, Directorate Internal Quality Assurance, University Of Jammu.
Today seminar was started with welcome address by Parveen Singh, Assistant professor and coordinator of the seminar. Two day, two technical sessions were observed. In first session Dr. Shamshad Ahmad Principal S.V.S Degree College for Women conducted the first Technical session as a chair person where as Nutan Shama, Principal Sri Sai College of Education, Pathankot, Chaired the second technical Session.
In technical sessions of the day 23 participants have presented their views on different aspects of Quality Education. The validity function was started with lighting of lamp by the Chief guest, guests of honor , Chairman and staff of the college that was followed by Saraswati Vandna. Neelan Jasrotia, Assistant Professor in Education welcomes the chief guest, guest of honor, resource persons and scholars as well as participants. The Chief Guest of the valedictory function was Prof. Dr.Dinesh Sharma Principal A.B College, Pathankot, Punjab.
