Indifferent Jammu leaders in league with inimical forces: Lal Singh
'Time to raise costs for Pakistan'
6/13/2018 11:12:17 PM
Early Times Report

Jammu, June 13:Time has come to raise cost of military engagement of any kind with India for Pakistan and for that a limited war with Pakistan should be seriously considered and that too at the earliest-this was stated by ex-Minister Choudhary Lal Singh in a statement issued here today.
Paying homage to the four Jawans who were martyred in Ramgarh Sector of Samba district, Choudhary Lal Singh said "We are losing Jawans almost every second day to the bullets of the enemies and we are talking about ceasefire and there are demands for engaging Pakistan for a sustained dialogue."
"Blinded by political ambitions, regional political parties of Jammu and Kashmir instead of seeking tough action against Pakistan are pleading for a dialogue with it. They have become vociferous advocates of Pakistan, Pakistan-based terror outfits, ISI and Pakistan Army," said Singh.
He was addressing gatherings in Paloura, Gurrah Brahmana, Kangar, Palwal, Saidal, Mandal and Purmandal in Jammu and Samba districts in connection with preparations for the Maha Swabhiman Rally.
"Thousands of border dwellers are demanding permanent solution of the repeated violations of the ceasefire on the international border. People are losing patience and time will soon come, when they will be on the roads," said Choudhary Lal Singh while adding that New Delhi should stop listening to Kashmir based politicians.
He reiterated the demand for CBI probe into Rasana incident. "We are confident that the 8 year old Goddess would get Justice only after CBI probe is ordered. All Jammu based leaders should keep in mind that no developmental package would be able to wash the sin of them having remained silent when the whole region was demanding CBI probe", he averred.
"Don't forget, you are MLAs and MLCs because of people of Jammu region. Your silence is being seen as conspiracy with those who are anti-Jammu and who are against CBI probe in Rasana case. I again plead with every Jammu based leader to stand with the people of Jammu region and stop being spokesmen of the anti-Jammu forces," Singh said.
