Their instructions are carried on for lawlessness resulting in paralyzes the normal life and administration. That bloody game is exhibited. These scenes are created to bow down India according to terms and conditions of Pakistan.

The youth were allured by giving incentive for stone pelting and gun-shooing, weapon snatching, loot and plunder form the Pak terror funds received from their mentors sitting on the mount of Pakistan, who got million and million for their brutal cause for committing bloodshed in the State to cede from India . The youths are used by hem for their shield deliberately. The security forces advised to the villagers through loud speakers not to go encounter site, but all instructions were unheard despite that provoking villagers along with youths in the name of jehad run out towards that site where rain of shoots were exchanged against the terrorists. In that horrible situation, the unfortunate incident of irradvertant death was happened, at that very moment valley based lobby of Pak-spies, took wishful incidence for is desired cause of violation human rights by the security forces and transmitted internationally to malign India and is forces. That charade was displayed to defame India for forcible subjugation of Kashmiri Muslims, because of Pak and its valley based lobby had not legal right to stake its claim for the state except the issue of human rights violations for which efforts were made to plead so called independence struggle for Kashmiri Muslims in the UN forum which was rejected for so many times with the verdict of its no legal eights but in return reply India castigated to look its own house where the people of its different states especially Baluchistan and Muhajareen MQM and others were suppressed to raise their voice and made them the fodder for their guns and cornered to the level of mum humiliatingly.
In fact valley based anti-national elements are just puppets of Pak rulers and their terror activities in the State are based on the directions of their despotic basses, who directed their stooges to trigger wide spread disruption in the valley. Their stone pelting dream land strategy for creating un-rest, disturbance and to spread gruesome panic among the public to cash the dream of those un even barbaric bloody incidents to provoke for revolt under whabism, ideology which does not has any space for Floristic ethos, and thrown out of gear their normal life to achieve the goal for alienation the state from the main stream by disintegration the sovereignty of India, but their efforts will not go to that extent which cannot be possible. That drama is played at the cost of innocent blood of the people for disruption, terrorism, fear and blood spilling, devastating and is further transmitted to international community for its information, to show that the people of the state are suffocating for breathe to throw out the yoke of Indian slavery for freedom. Their one Act play is exhibited under the pretext of deceptive and mythical human rights violation to defame India and find to ground to stake their claim over the state. That all their misleading propaganda was fabulous and had not base. He knows fully that legally they cannot stake its claim over the State except with the strategy of provoking so called human rights violation issue which would be useful to win their goal for maligning India, but that too mythical trickery propaganda did not fruitful to the UNO also.
The valley based Pak puppets had presumed that their terror policy of pelting stones and shootings would achieve their positive results. Therefore it was useful for their cause to help the Pak supported terrorists to provide place to hide them in the house of villager. The security forces reached their according to information, but at that moment the forces were targeted with the rain of pelting stones by villagers and helped the terrorists to flee them.
In the rain of stone pelting and shooting the security forces even then continued the protection of the people and the boundaries of the state at the cost of their lives but insurgency has reached to that level that the girl students have started picking up stones to pelt the security forces along with terrorists. They did heavy stone pelting on the vehicles of CRPF camps, pickets and movements. These forces targeted during patrolling and their posts were set on fire and their weapons were snatched. These stone palters are free to attack though hand grenades when ever was liked.
It is very strange that on every Friday soon after congregational prayers they converged and protested well equipped with weapons in the procession against the government excitedly and pelted stones, blasted grenades, starting shooting against the security forces and thus they disturbed peace and harmony to paralyze the life. It has been the activities valley based Pak puppets, and after wards even then Indian forces restored peace. That crime of total disturbance, upheaval, killings and bloodshed committed by them passed on India and its forces to defame it internationally with the request to refrain to avoid committing excess, suppression the Kashmiri Muslims. That gold plated drama is played on international level to debar India. The world rulers of their Governments are aware that Pak and its ghost like stooges propaganda is misleading absolutely based on deceptive, fibulas and baseless and is ignored and unheard by them.
Hurriyat Mirwaiz asserted on his own in his mis-given press statement appeared in the media dated 2nd March 2015, that the growing realization among so called mainstream political parties of the State that resolution of the Kashmir so called dispute could not be ignored. His that assertion was baseless from very root. No political party of state has altered the resolution likewise statement. They should aware about the historical development of the State. On what ground the cry of dispute is being raised to justify his demand which has never been explained by him, so that is an ambiguous. He should know that the State Government discharges its own obligations in view of the mandate without care the interference of Pakistan and other anti-national elements. That issue does not link with the so called dispute, that is under reference. When the Kashmir dispute has no root, further question does not arise. He should further know the doors are open for any talk with the State or national Governments, but he should take initiative, on the other side as mentioned above the State and national authorities visited valley to meet antinational elements but the doors were closed by these elements despite that so many other delegation and interlocutor but these all governmental efforts were not taken into any account.
It would be in his memory that the Rulers of the State of British India were absolute competent as well as free to accede their States either India or emerging Pakistan or may decide for independence according to their choice vide India independence act of 1947. The British Gorwn Representative repeated his Government verdict in the meeting of chamber of Princes held at New Delhi on 3rd June 1947, the rulers of British India were competent fully to accede their States according to their choice either India, Pakistan or to remain independent, which was endorsed by all India Muslim League President M A Jinnah, who advised the Muslims of the States of British India to abide by the verdict proclaimed by the British Grown London about the sole rights granted to State rulers endured by His Excellency the Governor General Representative of the British Grown London, to decide the fate of their states for acceding their States as they were quite independent to keep their choice for accession. In that circumstance the question of any afterthought aspiration does not arise. In view of that verdict as referred to above, it is not possible for India to change the status of the verdict. The afterthought any change emerged in the mind of Pak ruling leaders to twist the issue cannot be taken in view. Thus Pak and its valley based lobby should respect also the proclamation of MA Jinnah also.
The Pak and its valley based stipendiary lobby working for its cause as spies should know that the Kashmir has been associated with India since time immoral after the partition of British India, Kashmir has acceded to India vide proclamation of the British Grown Representative as referred to above and the flown of State sovereignty over India was merged with Indian sovereignty, which was recognized world powers.
Pakistan and its valley based puppets should first look on the aspirations or will of Baluchistan Kaltat MQM, Gilgit Agency and PoK people who have been living in slavery and other so many holes before interfering for the people of other country. It owns record is dismal which is world known.
If Pak-rulers and its valley based lobby are adamant to cry like a parrot for so called New issue of aspiration and human rights violations besides exerts efforts to establish Islamic system to rule the people by replacing secularism to create a revolt at the cast of minorities interests, which would be out of control and disastrous. |
