akhnoor, July 30: CA Ashish Sarotia was installed as President of Rotary Club Akhnoor at a function held at Kameshwar Palace Akhnoor.
The chief guest, MLA Akhnoor, Rajeev Sharma lauded the role rotary club Akhnoor for doing various social activities for the society particularly he praised the members of club for doing wonderful work on basic education and Gift of Life where club help in successful heart surgeries of more than seven children.
Rtn Ashish Sarotia thanked the club members for giving him the opportunity to lead the club and serve the humanity through various social service projects and also assured of continuing the projects in his tenure as well along with new projects especially in the field of literacy and sanitation.
Outgoing President Ranjeet Gupta extended his heartfelt thanks to all the club members for supporting him to fulfill the objective of rotary in avenues of social service. He welcomed the new president and his team. Rtn Rajpaul Sharma presented vote of thanks. Rtn SK Sawhney, Asstt Governor of the club was also present on the occassion,other among guests were Rotarians and their families, prominent citizens of our town. |
