JAMMU, Aug 18: Former Director Information Narinder Singh, presently in USA, has expressed great shock and grief over the demise of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
Singh said that Vajpayee wasn't only a great intellectual, writer, poet and visionary but also an able administrator who had made significant contributions for the welfare of the people of India during his tenure as Prime Minister. "I happened to meet the great statesman at Jammu Airport and found him humble and smiling personality. The void created due to his demise can't be filled in the near future," Said Narinder Singh. |
