JAMMU, Aug 22: The Batwals India (a social organization) at its meeting held here, hailed the appointment of Satya Pal Malik as new Governor of J&K.
The organization members expressed confidence that Malik who is a veteran politician, would guide the militancy-infested border state in the right direction.
The organisation members further assured their full cooperation and wished the new Governor an enriching and successful tenure.
Prominent among those who attended the meeting included organization general secretary RL Kaith, Naib Sarpanch Ram Lal Lakhotra, Advocate Shashi Kumar Kaith, Hony Captain Hans Raj Nandan, Hony Captain Om Parkash Tugga, Hony Captain Kamal Chand Motan, Raj Kumar Chanjotra and Baljeet Kaith. |
