Dilapidated Dalher Morh-Incha road adding to woes of public

Udhampur, Aug 23: The Dalher Morh to Incha PMGSY road here in tehsil Ramnagar is in dilapidated condition.
There are many deep pits and the road is slippery at some places and stony-rocky at other points.
The pedestrians face a lot of problems while moving on this road and the vehicles suffer damage while plying on the road.
Asthere is no alternate road, the poor villagers have to use this road everyday countering many odds.
The school going children have to start very early as it takes a lot of time to reach the school.
At times the fall and spoil their uniform.
Others in the villager informed that in emergencies especially when they have to shift some sick to the hospital they face a lot of problems.
Raj Kumar said that his grand father-a retired military man, died en-route as they failed to reach hospital in time.
"Time and again we have approached to concerned officers in their PMGSY office to get the road repaired but all in vain.
The affected people have appealed to the DC Udhampur Ravinder Kumar to look into the matter and get the road repaired as soon as possible so that the poor people of the affected villages may heave a sigh of relief.
