CRPF's timely medical aid saves Budha Amarnath pilgrim's life | | | Early Times Report RAJOURI, Aug 23: Timely response from the medical team of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) has saved the life of a pilgrim of Shri Budha Amarnath Yatra after he suffered a heart stroke during halt for breakfast at Sunderbani. As the yatra reached at Sunderbani, the pilgrims halted at Sunderbani, where the social organizations offer breakfast to the yatris. In the meantime, one Ram Karan Ukshetra from Delhi suffered heart stroke. He fell unconscious on the ground and was immediately attended by medical team from 72 of CRPF deployed on the spot for the security of the Yatris. "Ram Karan was diagnosed with heart attack and was immediately provided medical help. While treating him it was found that he was already suffering from heart problem and was on medication," said CRPF doctor. The patient was stabilized and was referred to Sub District Hospital at Sunderbani where he is responding to the treatment and is recovering. |
