3 day yog Camp concluded

jammu, Aug 23: Bhartiya Yog Sanasthan, Gole Gujral Jammu organized a special 3 days yog Camp for Army women (family members of the Army Personnel) on the eve of 52nd anniversary of AWWA. The camp has been attended 50 Army Women. All of them have been imparted yog abyas ie basic Yoga Skills in Yog Asans, Pranayam and Dhyan.
The camp concluded today with a Ceremony that was attended by all the camp participants and family members of Army officers. The function was presided over by Chairperson, FWO, Tiger Division, Jammu. She appreciated the efforts of Bhartiya Yog Sanathan Jammu in imparting Yog to the participants of the camp and sought support of BYS for conducting more and more of such programmes in future.
Col (Retired) Sh. V. S. Jamwal, Smt Kusum Bakshi, Smt Jamwal, Smt Mohini Sharma and Smt Ranjana Verma from Bhartiya Yog Sansthan conducted Yog Abyas and also delivered talks on Yog remedy for Women specific diseases and food for good health etc.
