| Raina should tender apology for "Hamara Guv" remarks: Jan | | |  Early Times Report
RAJOURI, Sept 1: National Conference seek an open apology from BJP's State President and MLA Nowshera Ravinder Raina for his controversial "Ab Aaya Hamara Governor" remarks. Provincial President of Youth NC Jammu, Ajaz Jan advised BJP's state head to learn respecting constitutional posts and said that such words from a lawmaker are very much stunning and unfortunate.
"Post of Governor is a constitutional post and such remarks, that too from a lawmaker, disgraced the chair," Jan said.
He said that Raina should tender an apology before public for these remarks which were not less that assassination of this respectful chair and this has never happened in the history of the state.
Jan while hailing the ten years long tenure of NN Vohra as a successful one said that on one hand nation's Home Minister is praising the distinctive services and tenure of Vohra in J&K for the last ten years and on the other hand, his own party's state head is using remarks of 'Dafli Bajana' against former Governor which is not less than a disrespect for an aged man who played a pivotal role in development of state. |
